Pan-Fried Scallops
serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb sea scallops
1 ea egg
1/2 C breadcrumbs
2 t Old Bay seasoning
2 C frying oil
Instructions
Coat the scallops in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and Old Bay.
Fry in the oil until browned, turning once (about 2 minutes per side).
Drain and serve.
